In order to solve the issue as soon as possible, you'll need to send us the following documents:
If your item is being shipped by Colissimo, the postage slip stamped by the carrier
If your item is being shipped by DHL:
-The date your item was picked up by the carrier
- The item reference
- A copy of your ID
The Vestiaire Collective team will then pass this information onto the relevant carrier, who will start looking into the issue.
Once flagged, it can take from 15 days (average reply time) up to a maximum 30 days to recieve feedback from the carrier. We will update you regularly along the way until the issue is solved.
If a Vestiaire Collective shipping code was used and the item can not be located, Vestiaire Collective will reimburse you upon presenting proof of postage.
