We said a fond farewell to our Premium Membership in May 2022.
I’m already a Premium Member - what happens now?
Firstly, we want to thank you for being part of the Premium Membership - and we really hope that you are not too disappointed by its closure.
We want you to know that there’s nothing you need to do with regards to the cancellation of your subscription - we’re going to take care of everything. Here’s what to expect:
- Your membership will not automatically renew, so there are no worries there. No future payments will be made to Premium. Your membership will simply expire as usual, and will not be renewed.
- If you have a longer-term subscription, we have been in touch via email to explain what happens next.
