If we’ve contacted you to suggest you lower your price after your item has been checked at Vestiaire Collective, it means a defect has been noticed by our Quality Control team.
When this happens, we propose an adjusted price to both you and the buyer.
- If you both accept the price adjustment, the sale price is automatically adjusted on the website and the sale can go ahead.
- If your buyer rejects the price change, the sale will be cancelled. You are then welcome to put your item up for sale again.
Can I reject the price adjustment?
You are of course entitled to reject the suggested lower price and cancel the sale. To do this, just follow these steps after logging in to your account:
On the App: Me → My items → Sold items
On the Website: See My Account → Orders and Sales → Sold Items
💡 Good to know - If you decide to reject the price adjustment, the buyer still has 14 days during which they can continue with the sale at the original price.
