If you have a doubt about the authenticity of your item, you can report a problem to us within 72 hours of delivery on the My Orders page.
Just click the Report an Issue button underneath the delivery steps, or on the timeline in your Vestiaire Collective app.
If we think the item needs to be checked, we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label to use within 7 days to ship your item to the nearest Vestiaire Collective warehouse for authentication checks.
Once the item has been posted, you will automatically be reimbursed fully for your purchase.
If our experts find that the item does not match brand criteria, it will be removed from Vestiaire Collective.
If our experts find that the item does match the brand criteria, it will be put back on sale on Vestiaire Collective.
