If you have made an order with authentication, it means the item will be personally authenticated before it’s shipped to you.
Here are the steps involved, along with their timeframes.
You place an order with Authentication
The seller is immediately notified of your purchase and must ship your item to us within 7 days.
Your item is received, checked and shipped
We receive the item within 2 - 7 days of the seller shipping it via courier. Our Quality Control team then checks your item and ships it within 2 -4 days of receiving it. If our experts notice a defect, or find your item is different to its listed description, the price of the item might be lowered or the sale cancelled.
Your order will be delivered to you within 7 days by courier.
Is there a problem with your order?
If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 72 hours after delivery to notify us of any issues. Alternatively you can re-list the item on Vestiaire Collective without Selling Fees. 🔍 Click here to find out how to re-list an item in just a few clicks.
💡 Good to know: If your item hasn’t been sent after 7 days (15 days if your seller lives in DOM-TOM, Norway, South America, South Africa, Middle East and Asia except Hong-Kong and Singapore), you will automatically receive a full refund.
