On this page, click on " show details" on the related order.
Then, click on "Report an issue" underneath the delivery steps
If we think the item needs to be checked by our experts, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label which needs to be used within 7 days maximum.
Once the item has been posted, you will automatically be reimbursed fully for your purchase.
If our experts find that the item does not match brand criteria and is not genuine, it will be removed from Vestiaire Collective.
The seller will automatically lose their Trusted or Expert Seller badge and will no longer be able to sell their items using Direct Shipping.
If our experts find that the item does match brand criteria and is authentic, it will be put back on sale on Vestiaire Collective.
