The seller must send your item within a maximum of 5 days, and we remind them regularly to do this as soon as possible. If your seller still hasn’t sent your item after 5 days, their seller stats will be negatively impacted, and they run the risk of losing their Trusted or Expert Seller badge and the right to sell via Direct Shipping.
Once sent, the average delivery time is 5 days depending on the delivery schedules of our carriers, Colissimo and DHL.
You can track your parcel through the carrier’s system - the link will be sent to you via email or through your account in the Orders & Sales section.
If the seller has still not sent your item after 30 days, we will automatically cancel the sale and you will be fully reimbursed for your purchase.
