If delivery fails because the buyer does not live at the indicated address, the carrier will return the item to you.
If your buyer is absent when delivery takes place:
- If the carrier is Colissimo, the item will be sent to the closest post office. Your buyer will have 10 days to collect it.
- If the carrier is DHL, you will be contacted in order to set up a new delivery time.
If the delivery fails entirely, the sale will be cancelled, and the item will be returned to you automatically.
