Whilst waiting to know more, your payment will be placed on hold and we’ll let you know the outcome within 7 days.
If, after being checked, the item matches the brand criteria perfectly and is genuine, you’ll be paid the following Thursday, the transfer will then be visible on your account within 5 working days.
If the item doesn’t match the brand criteria, the sale will be cancelled, and your buyer will be automatically reimbursed.
Selling an item which does not match brand authenticity norms negatively impacts your Seller stats and means you are immediately stripped of your Trusted or Expert Seller badge, as well as the right to sell via Direct Shipping.
