After delivery, your buyer has 72 hours to flag any issues with the item.
If they do flag a problem, we will look into it carefully so as to determine whether the cancellation of the sale is justified or not.
Whilst waiting to know more, your payment will be placed on hold and we’ll let you know the outcome within 7 days.
If, after being checked, the item fits the description perfectly, you’ll be paid the following Tuesday.
If the item doesn’t fit the description and this is accepted as not matching, the sale will be cancelled. Your buyer will be reimbursed, once they have returned the item to you.
