Your Buyer has 72 hours after delivery of the item to flag any issues.
If everything is fine, your payment will be confirmed 72 hours after the item has been delivered and transferred to your bank or Paypal account the following Thursday.
Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the transfer to be visible, due to inter-banks processing time.
If you benefit from the wallet, your payment will be validated 72 hours after delivery and effective within 24 hours.
However, if the buyer has flagged a problem within the 72 hours after delivery of the item, your payment will be put on hold.
The reasons for this could be:
- The buyer says there is a difference between the description of the item and the item (e.g. size, colour, missing piece to the item…)
- The buyer has doubts regarding the authenticity of the item
We will look into their request within 7 days maximum, before letting you know if the sale can go through or not.
If your sale is confirmed, your transfer will be made on the Thursday following the decision and visible on your account within 5 working days.
