If you are not there when delivery is attempted:
If your item is being delivered by Colissimo, it will be left at the closest Post Office. You then have 10 days to go and collect it, before it gets sent back to the seller.
If your item is being delivered by DHL, the carrier will get in touch with you in order to set another delivery time.
If there is a mistake in your delivery address:
If the carrier is Colissimo, we’ll get in touch with you in order to check your information, before your parcel gets automatically sent back to the seller.
If the carrier is DHL, you will be contacted in order to update your delivery information.
