If your item doesn’t match the seller's description, you can flag that problem to us within 72 hours after delivery on the “My Orders” page.
We will look into the issue, so as to decide if the item matches the description or not.
If, after checking, your item doesn’t match we will send you a pre-paid shipping voucher for you to send the item back to the seller within maximum 7 days.
Once the item has been sent and we have seen the shipping receipt as proof, we will reimburse you fully for the purchase.
Remember to keep your shipping receipt, so you can send it to us and be reimbursed.
Know that if the item doesn’t match the description, the seller’s stats are negatively impacted. This leads to the automatic loss of their Expert Seller Badge and can make them lose their Trusted Expert Badge, too.
