Once you have received your item, you have 72 hours to flag any problems with it to us, via the “My orders” page.
On this page, click on " show details" on the related order.
Then, click on "Report an issue" underneath the delivery steps
We will look into the issue and come back to you with a decision as to the legitimacy of the issue within maximum 7 days. If your claim has been deemed valid by our team, we will then reimburse you.
