If you haven’t sent your item after 5 days, your sellers stats will be negatively affected and you run the risk of losing your Trusted or Expert Seller badge, as well as the possibility of selling via Direct Shipping.
If your item still hasn’t been sent after 30 days, the sale will be cancelled, and your buyer will be fully reimbursed.
