If you placed an order and it has since been cancelled, we'll process your refund using the same payment method you used to place the order.
Due to interbank transfer times, the refund should be reflected in your account within 24 to 72 hours.
To track the progress of the transaction, log in to your account:
On the App: Me → My Orders
On the Website: My Account → Orders & Sales
Good to Know: If you ordered several items at the same time to be paid for in 3 or 4 instalments, don't worry - we'll automatically deduct the item value from the remaining instalments and recalculate your payments for you.
