We love a little bargaining! If you see the option to Make an Offer on a listing, it means you can offer a lower price for an item.

❗Important❗The price you offer can never be less than 70% of the original price listed by the seller. So if a jacket is on sale for £100, your offer must be at least £70 to be accepted.

Once you have made an offer, the seller has up to ⏰ 48 hours to accept it, reject it, or offer a counter offer.

You then have ⏰ 24 hours to respond - you might want to make a counter offer! 

To make a counter-offer 

First, log in to your account:

On the App: Me → My Orders → My Price Offers Sent

On the Website: My Account → Orders & Sales → Negotiation in Progress

In each case, click on the item concerned, then go to View the Negotiating Area to make a new offer.
