Has our Quality Control team reported that your item is “non-compliant”?
This means that the item assessed by our Quality Control team does not perfectly match the description or pictures shown in the ad.
As a result, the sale has been cancelled and the item will be returned to your billing address.
You can track your delivery to your address by logging into your account, then selecting:
- On the app: “Me”, “My Vestiaire”, “My items”.
- On the website: “My account”, “Orders and sales”, “My sold items”.
In both cases, click on the item concerned to display delivery details.
You can also display this information on the carrier's website by entering your delivery tracking number.
