To update bank or PayPal account details, log into your account and select:
- On the app: “Me” , “My account” , “My bank account details” ,
- On the website: “My account”, “Payment”, “My bank account details”
In both cases, select the payment method that you would like to update (PayPal or Bank account), then edit your details.
We make transfers to sellers on every Tuesday, following the shipment of your item from our warehouse to the buyer.
These transfers are available the same day for PayPal transactions and within 5 working days for transactions to bank accounts.
