Once the item has been checked and sent by Vestiaire Collective to your buyer, payment will be issued the following Tuesday. The money will then be in your account within 5 working days.
If there is a public holiday, the transfer will be made the following day (Wednesday) by our finance department.
Friday, 4 October: your piece is sent to the buyer from our hub
Tuesday, 8 October: payment for the sale is transferred to your bank account
By Monday, 14 October: payment will be in your bank account
You can track your sale from your account by visiting:
- On the App: “Me”, “My pieces”, “Pieces sold”.
- On the website: “My account”, “Purchases and sales”, “Pieces sold”.
In both cases, click on the item to see the timeline and expected date of payment.
If you are a professional vendor, your payment will be confirmed 21 days after despatch from our hub, and transferred the following Tuesday. It will be credited to your bank account within 5 working days, or to your Paypal account in 24 hours.
Follow the payout status on the mobile app under « my items » or on our website under “orders & sales > sold items”.
If you have not received your payment, please check the bank or Paypal details in your account.
