With Vestiaire Collective, payments to our sellers are processed each Thursdays, after the shipment of the sold item to its buyer.
In the event of a bank holiday, the transfer will be made on Friday.
- If you are using a Paypal account, the transfer will be visible on your account within 24 hours.
If you are using a bank account, please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the transfer to be visible, due to inter-banks processing time.
> Your sold item has been shipped to its buyer on March 29th, Friday. Your payment will be scheduled for the following Thursday, on April 4th. (please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the transfer to be visible, due to inter-banks processing time.)
You can also follow the status of your sale and your payment, on your account under the tab “orders & sales > sold items” on the website, and “my items” on the app.
If the payment date has passed and you have not receive your payment, make sure to check and confirm your bank or Paypal details on your account.
