To display your item’s tracking information, log into your account, then select:
- On the app: “Me”, “My items”.
- On the website: “My account”, “Orders and sales”, “My sold items”.
In both cases, click on the item concerned, then select “Display info” to view tracking information for your item.
You can also follow the link available in the sale confirmation email you received from us. Alternatively, go directly onto the carrier's website using the tracking number of your item.

Don’t worry, updates can take up to 48 hours to appear. Once received, you’ll be sent a receipt confirmation.
