How do I upload a proof of purchase that has been requested by the team?
You've recently submitted an ad for one of your items. So that we can post it on line, our experts need to know about your item's origin and require a proof of purchase (invoice, certificate or sales receipt).
To upload, log into your account, then select:
- On the app: “Me”, “My Vestiaire”, “Items awaiting information”.
- On the website: “My account”, “Orders and sales”, “Items awaiting information”.
You can also refer to the email you have received and follow the link.
In both cases, you will be taken to a tool to upload your proof of purchase.This will provide our experts with more information about your item, and they can then decide whether it can be included in our range.
