Do you want to update your Wallet details? These are the steps to follow:
To update your personal information
1. Sign in to your 'Account'
2. Select the ‘Wallet’ tab
3. Go to the ‘Personal information’ section
In order to confirm your modifications, you must accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Vestiaire Collective website and its payment platform, MangoPay. Your information will then be updated immediately.
Important: If you have uploaded your proof of ID, you must wait two working days for it to be validated.
To update your bank account details
1. Sign in to your 'Account'
2. Select the ‘Wallet’ tab
3. Go to the ‘Bank account details’ section
Important: You can only use the details of a bank account held at a SEPA area financial institution. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
You must confirm the modification of your bank account details by entering your Vestiaire Collective password or via Facebook if you originally signed up via Facebook. You must then accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Vestiaire Collective website and its payment platform, MangoPay.
