Has the seller sent my item to Vestiaire Collective?
Sellers have 30 days to send their items to us so that they can be verified by our Quality Control experts.
Once the sale is made, we contact the seller to ask them to send their item as quickly as possible.
Then, we send reminders after 7, 14 and 21 days following the sale.
Don’t worry, as a general rule, sellers send their items out within an average of 3 days.
If this deadline is not met (30 days), we cancel the order, and provide you with a refund within 48 working hours using the payment method used to place the order.
To display your item’s progress, sign in to your account then select:
- On the app: "Me", "My Vestiaire",
- On the website: “My account”, “Orders and sales”.
