Has your item been delivered to the Vestiaire Collective premises? If so an e-mail will be sent to you. In it you will find an interface to confirm your postal address. These are the steps to follow:
- Sign in to your ‘Account’
- Select the ‘Orders & Sales’ tab
- Go to the 'My sold items' section
- Click on ‘Change my address’
Has your address been confirmed? Vestiaire Collective will then return your package to the address provided.
