After a cancellation, your item will automatically be re-listed for sale on your account. To make sure we can ship the item as soon as it is re-sold, we’ll safely store it at Vestiaire Collective.
If you would prefer to have the item returned to you
First double check your address details as follows:
On the App: Me → My items → Sold Items
On the Website: My Account → Purchases and Sales → Items sold
Find the item, then click: Display the Details → Change the address
Check the address and make any changes if needed. You need to click Validate even if you have not changed any of the details.
Then, just 🔍 contact us to let us know you would like your item returned to you, and we’ll ship it to you free of charge!
