It will be checked by our Quality Control team soon. This phase usually takes 2 to 3 days, from when we receive the item until when we send it on to the buyer.
As soon as we have checked your item, we will let you know via email.
You can also find out about the status of your item in your personal space:
- Through the app : "Me", "My items", Sold items".
- Through the website : "My account", "Orders & Sales" “Sold items”.
If your item is in-line with its description and is genuine, payment will be made on the Tuesday after it has been sent on from us to your buyer.
