Has your parcel's tracking not been updated for over 48 hours on the carrier's website (DHL, La Poste…)? Or, has your package been registered as delivered, but it hasn’t been received by the Vestiaire Collective team in over 48 hours?
In this particular case, all you need to do it send the proof of delivery stamped by the transporter to our customer service team, along with a copy of your proof of ID (National ID card or passport).
Once we’ve received these documents, the Vestiaire Collective teams will be able to launch an enquiry with the carrier.
