To process your request as quickly as possible, we recommend you send us the following information when you contact us:
- Proof of deposit (or collection) stamped by the carrier,
- Your item's reference,
- A copy of your proof of ID.
Upon receipt of your documents, our team will send them to the carrier to carry out an investigation.
Once the enquiry is opened, the average carrier response time is around 10 days. However, on occasion, processing may take up to 30 days.
Our team will keep you regularly informed of the situation.
Sellers who have received a voucher from Vestiaire Collective and who have complied with the shipping instructions will be fully refunded if their item is not located.
