Want to cancel your subscription to our Premium offer?
Any subscription to one of our Premium offers must remain active until the end of the period.
To ensure your subscription is not automatically renewed after its expiry date, we advise you to inform us up to 10 days before the end of the subscription.
To do this, sign in to your account then select:
- On the app: “Me”, “My account”, “My Premium subscription”;
- On the website: “My account”, “Information”, “My Premium subscription”.
In both cases, click on “Unsubscribe”. You’ll receive an email to confirm your subscription has been cancelled.
Have you signed up using PayPal?
> After following the above instructions, please also cancel the direct debit directly in your PayPal account.
To do this:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. From the “Settings” menu, click on “More options”.
3. On the right, click on “My money”.
4. Opposite “My pre-approved payments” click on the payment concerned, and then select “Cancel”.
5. You will no longer be automatically debited.
