Buyers interested in your item can start making price offers 48 hours after it has been listed on the site.
An e-mail and a notification will be sent to you for every price offer. You will then have 24 hours to make a decision. You can:
- Accept the price offer
- Refuse it
- Offer a counter-offer
You can receive several offers at a time but you can only accept one at a time. Furthermore, if you accept an offer, the buyer has to finalize his order within the next 24 hours. If he doesn't do so, there will be a week long wait before he can make you another offer.
- A buyer is offering you a lower price in a comment? You can make him an offer by clicking on the "Make an offer" link next to his message.
Want to follow your current negociations? Here's how:
- Go to your "Account"
- Select the "For sale" thumbnail
- Go to the "Current negociations" section
- Click on "Settings" to deactivate price offers on one or more of your listed items.
Caution! Buyers can't decrease your initial price by more than 30%.
Price offers are made in a private context. For the entire duration of an offer, the item will still available for sale at its original price.
