Has your item been declared not-conformed by the Quality Control Department? If so, its sale has also been cancelled and the item will be returned to your billing address.
To find out the item’s tracking number and find a link to the carrier's website, these are the steps to follow:
- Sign in to your ‘Account’
- Select the ‘History’ tab
- Go to the 'My sold items' section
- Go to the listing of the relevant item
- Click on the tracking link
You will be redirected to the transporter’s website where you will be able to track your item’s shipping.
