Has your item been declared not-conformed to the description you gave? Next you will receive an e-mail containing the detail of the differences detected by our Quality Control Department, along with a suggested price drop.
To review the photos of the detected defects and consult the new pricing suggestion, these are the steps to follow:
- Sign in to your ‘Account’
- Select the ‘History’ tab
- Go to the 'My sold items' section
- Click on ‘Access the post-sale negotiation’
You can then accept or refuse the price offer that we’ve made.
If you refuse, your buyer has 14 days to decide if they want to purchase the item at its original price.
If the buyer refuses, the item will be returned to your billing address.
