Do you want to track the delivery of your item? These are the steps to follow:
- Sign in to your ‘Account’
- Select the ‘History’ tab
- Go to the 'My sold items' section
- Click on the link to be redirected to the carrier’s website
You can then track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Important: Have you not yet received an e-mail from Vestiaire Collective even though your package has been registered as delivered on the transporter’s website? Don’t worry, that happens sometimes, the confirmation of delivery will be sent to you within 24 hours.
