Has your item been sold? In that case you should have received a confirmation e-mail containing a link to a prepaid shipping label that you must use to have your item delivered to Vestiaire Collective.
You can also access the prepaid shipping label by following these steps:
- Sign in to your ‘Account’
- Select the ‘History’ tab
- Go to the 'My sold items' section
- Click on ‘Download my prepaid shipping label’
You cannot find a prepaid shipping label in your ‘Account’? Check that your country is eligible. You can find the list of eligible countries in our FAQ (‘Send my item to Vestiaire Collective without using a prepaid shipping label’.)
There you will find all the necessary information to send your item to us.
Reminder: For security and insurance reasons, you can only send one item in each package.
In addition, make sure to choose packaging that will resist any damage during transport. For example, if you’re sending glasses, it’s much safer to send them to us in a box rather than an envelope.
Finally, dont forget to include all the extra parts in your parcel, as listed in your ad (proof of purchase, dust bag, box, etc.)

Is one of your items listed as sold on our site but you haven’t yet received any sale confirmation?
That just means that the order is going through the verification process carried out by our anti-fraud partner Certissim. Once the order has been approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to access your prepaid shipping label.
